Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy:

Africaxess LLC ("the Company") understands that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel their booked safari trip. The following cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellation fees and refunds:

1. Booking Fees:

• Booking fees are non-refundable but transferable to another trip if the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the departure date.

• Clients may transfer their booking fees to another trip for up to one year from the original trip's departure date.

• Booking fees are due at the time of booking.

2. Transportation Fees:

• The total amount of transportation payment is due 90 days before the departure date.

• If the trip is canceled 90 or fewer days from the departure date, 30% of the transportation fees are non-refundable.

• If the trip is canceled less than 30 days prior to the departure date, 100% of both transportation fees and booking fees are forfeited.

3. Refund Process:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the cancellation date.

• Any refundable amount will be subject to deductions according to the cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation Procedure:

• Clients must notify Africaxess LLC of any cancellations in writing via email or formal letter.

• The cancellation date is considered the date when the written notification is received by the Company.

5. Transfer of Booking Fees:

• Booking fees may be transferred to another trip within one year of the original trip's departure date.

• Clients must notify the Company of their intention to transfer their booking fees.

6. Force Majeure:

• The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or changes to trips due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government advisories.

7. Reservation Modification:

• Clients may modify their reservations subject to availability and any applicable fees.

8. Liability Limitation:

• The Company shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by clients as a result of cancellations or changes to trips, including but not limited to transportation costs, accommodation fees, or lost wages.

9. Legal Rights:

• This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice and does not affect any legal rights conferred by consumer protection laws.

By booking a safari trip with Africaxess LLC, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. It is the responsibility of clients to review and understand this policy before making a booking.
